[ Sitting on Hot Rod's desk in his Hab, placed there when he was not around. Is rubber duck that has some sweet flame decals on it. This has to be one of the sweetest ducks around.
It doesn't do much... but somehow it just feels really cool and makes you feel cool too. ]
[ When carried the Sweet Flame decal duck fills you with confidence and adds +1 to your Charm. This is only when NPCs are not aware of the duck! If they do see it they'll think it's a bit silly and the Charm bonus no longer works. ]
